Why I Became a Personal Trainer
Ezekiel became a personal trainer through a deep passion for education, problem-solving, and service. While working in IT, he realized that many challenges people face—stress, fatigue, chronic pain, and burnout—stem from deeper lifestyle and health issues that technology alone could not solve.
Fitness became a way to address the root causes of wellbeing, allowing Ezekiel to give back to his community in a meaningful, hands-on way. Training people wasn’t just about exercise—it was about restoring confidence, discipline, and quality of life.
